Return & Refund Policy — This Frontier Needs Heroes
At This Frontier Needs Heroes, all of our products are made uniquely on-demand just for you as soon as you place an order. Because we custom-print every item, we operate under a strict return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
- Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: "Any claims for misprinted, wrong, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days..."
- Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges: Because items are custom manufactured on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selections. Please refer carefully to our sizing charts located on each product page before ordering.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your item arrives damaged or is misprinted due to an error on our part, we will gladly arrange a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
- Email our support team at hello@thisfrontierneedsheroes.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order Number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the damage, print defect, or the mislabeled tag.
Once verified, we will initiate a brand-new replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective/Damaged Goods: You do not need to ship the defective product back to us. Once visual proof is provided via email, your replacement or refund is processed automatically. Because we do not require you to physically mail the defective product back to us, there are no return shipping fees.
- Unauthorized Returns: Please do not mail packages back to the return address printed on your shipping label without contacting our customer support team first. Any unauthorized returns sent back to our fulfillment center cannot be processed or refunded.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a financial refund is approved, it will be automatically applied back to your original credit card or payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the transaction to securely clear and reflect on your banking or credit card statement.
