Shipping Policy — This Frontier Needs Heroes

Thank you for visiting and shopping at This Frontier Needs Heroes. We manufacture our products on-demand to reduce waste and ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are subject to a processing and fulfillment period before shipment.

• Fulfillment/Handling Time: 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+1 / Europe/Madrid) will begin processing the following business day.

Please note: This is the time it takes to print, package, and hand over your order to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize flat-rate shipping tiers to keep pricing transparent.

📌 Important Note on Delivery Times: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. For example, a domestic package will typically arrive within 5–12 business days from the day the order is placed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of notification. You can monitor your package directly via our integrated courier tracking portals.

4. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

This Frontier Needs Heroes ships internationally to most destinations. However, we cannot control import customs fees:

• Our fulfillment centers are distributed globally (including the US and EU) to print and ship your order from the nearest facility to your location, minimizing customs fees wherever possible.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on print-on-demand packaging. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the windows stated above, or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team immediately:

• Damaged Items: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
